Where do you ship?
We offer both local and international shipping. Free shipping on orders over $50.
How long does shipping take?
For Asia, 5–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
For international shipments (e.g., USA, Europe), it usually takes 7–21 business days, but customs clearance and logistics issues may cause delays.
Please note: Shipping delays can occur, especially during busy seasons or special circumstances (e.g., pandemics, holidays).
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
We process your order as quickly as possible based on the chosen shipping method and provide a tracking number after shipment. If you haven’t received your package, please check the tracking information.
Cross-border shipping may be delayed due to customs inspections or logistic processing.
What if my order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time?
If your order is overdue, please contact our customer service. We will help you track your order and provide solutions.
